Lulworth Castle Wedding Photographer
My second time photographing a Lulworth Castle wedding and thankfully the weather was much kinder than my last time on the Lulworth Estate.
I’d met and photographed Ariana & Perran before their wedding at Hengistbury Head. They drove down one evening from London and we walked up towards the beach huts for an evening portrait session before the light faded away. Fast track a few months later and their wedding day had arrived. We started the day off at Lulworth cottages with Ariana and her crew. It was mayhem with bodies running around everywhere.
The wedding guests and the groom, Perran headed to Lulworth Courtyard for arrival drinks and the outdoor wedding ceremony. My second photographer had been with him during the morning and was there to capture this part of the day. After the lovely ceremony, we all walked up to the castle for the rest of the day.
Ariana & Perran were having a very unusual honeymoon by taking part in The Mongol Rally. They even had the car they would use at the wedding for all the guests to sign.
This was such a lovely wedding to photograph, and this bride and groom made sure that their guests had the best day ever with all the treats and entertainment throughout the day and evening. It was a real pleasure to have Lilly Adams as my assistant, and Nathan at Libra Photographic as my second photographer on the day. And always a pleasure to work alongside the super-talented MUA – Tara Sanger, Magician – Chris Percy, and Blue Bay Events.
