When Becky and Tyler suggested West Wittering beach for their pre-wedding portrait session, I was so excited and couldn't wait to shoot there. This location sits just outside Chichester in West Sussex and is also close to the Hampshire border. I absolutely love being on a beach in any weather and at any time of year. I'm also familiar with the coastline along the south coast but this was my very first time at this stunning location. The beach had everything! It was so wide and rustic, and the beach huts just made it the perfect location to take photographs. We arrived on a weekday evening and the light was just what we were hoping for.
I was so pleased with how the photography went and this lovely couple was completely at ease in front of the camera. We shot in a variety of locations and could have carried on till dusk as the quality of light changed every minute. After Rebecca & Tyler left to head home, my partner and I stayed to watch the sun melt away on this beautiful West Sussex beach. We fell completely in love with the area and have been back regularly since.
