The Great Barn, Titchfield – Charlotte & Ollie

Bride and Groom with Ice cream

The Great Barn in Titchfield provided the perfect backdrop for this lovely festival-themed wedding. I've photographed weddings all over Hampshire and hadn't realized this rustic wedding venue was hidden away not far from my home. The Great Barn Titchfield is also home to the Titchfield festival theatre and is walking distance from the Titchfield Abbey ruins where we managed a short trip for some shots of Charlotte & Ollie together after the ceremony.

The day began with Charlotte getting ready at her parent's home in Stubbington. Whilst Ollie and the boys prepared for the wedding at a nearby hotel. The ceremony was held on the stage at this rustic Hampshire wedding venue where Charlotte made her grand entrance down the stairs after arriving in a beautiful vintage VW split-screen camper that matched the bridesmaid's dresses and Charlotte's shoes perfectly. After the ceremony, everyone enjoyed the drinks reception, photographs, and some chill time before heading inside for the speeches. After the speeches, everyone enjoyed the yummy wood-fired pizza and local ice cream. The cake-cutting followed before Charlotte & Ollie headed over to the dance floor for the first dance. A surprise flash mob dance followed on the stage featuring Charlotte & her friends.

I loved all the attention to detail at this Glastonbury-themed wedding. From the direction sign, and camping cake to the bespoke festival lanyards that everyone wore. A lot of effort goes into a wedding especially one in a barn. Charlotte & Ollie were great fun to photograph and had planned their wedding day perfectly. These two seasoned festival goers pulled off this festival theme with ease. The bridal party even came prepared with their wellies but thankfully there was no sign of rain or mud anywhere!
