Brockenhurst Wedding - New Forest
Nicola & Shane's Careys Manor wedding was the first wedding I've photographed that had bridesmaids and a bridesman. We were hoping for an outdoor ceremony but the changeable weather meant we were inside. I enjoy photographing a Careys Manor wedding inside because of the natural light in the ceremony room. After the ceremony we managed to get outside for some candid photography and the group shots before heading back inside the hotel for some very funny and emotional speeches before evryone began their wedding breakfast
Nicola & Shane's Careys Manor wedding will always be one of my favourites to photograph. There was a real excitement from everyone at the start of the day the it just kept on growing throughout the day. this couple and their wedding guests were great fun to photograph. One thing that you always come across in wedding photography is people being missed, and although very painful for families it is also amazing how strong people can be. Making sure that this pain does not spoil a very happy day. Thank you to the staff at Careys Manor for looking after us both and for the great communication, making sure that the day ran smoothly.
It was lovely to see with Jo Hicks Floristry, Michelle from Heavenly Bodies and Toby from YourDJ. Three very talented people that I have had the pleasure of working with on several occasions. Thanks also once to Nathan at Libra Photographic for being my second photographer on the day.
