Lisa and Scott’s Roman Baths Wedding was one of the most romantic I’ve ever photographed. This sunny day started when I met this lovely couple early at their hotel within walking distance from the ceremony venue. We literally walked to the Roman Baths to their 8.30am ceremony. Scott’s military uniform and Lisa’s vivid blue dress was perfect for this Roman Baths backdrop.
Witnesses were provided by the venue with two members of staff. This very private wedding very moving and it was a pleasure to have been invited along to photograph it. After a few photographs we headed upstairs to The Pump Room for champagne and tea. This was followed by a walk through the beautiful City of Bath for more photographs as this was the place they had their first date even though neither of them are from the area. This memorable ceremony was lit with morning sunshine together with the flames of the lights around the baths. Lisa and Scott then celebrated with morning tea followed by a walk through this historical town which concluding at Bath’s famous Regency Crescent. A perfect end to a very special ceremony that I was privileged to share.
