Megan (my niece) had a make-up/portrait session on her birthday, even her dad (Jim) and I didn’t escape from being made up! We looked very pretty but I won’t be sharing the images here.
The girls enjoyed photographing each other too, so I’m not entirely sure which of these are mine. And if you’re wondering who the super handsome dude is, well it’s Meg’s brother Louis who will no doubt be leaving a trail of broken hearts behind him one day.
For the photographers out there……..These were taken in a Meg’s kitchen using a roller blind ( from B+Q) as a backdrop. Two Nikon SB28’s were gelled on both light stands supporting the roller blind, and one was gelled onto the background. Main light was from a beauty dish, with ‘fill light’ coming from a lastolite reflector.
